How It Works

After purchasing your package, you will be assigned a dedicated Receiving Agent. Our team will collect your shipment information and provide your receiving instructions.

Once your boxes arrive, they will be received and documented, and you will receive photo confirmation that your belongings have arrived.

Your items can remain securely stored until you're ready for them. Once you've secured your home in Thailand, we'll coordinate delivery of your belongings to your residence. If you have extra suitcases or luggage you don't want taking up space in your new home, you can also place them into storage for the remainder of your storage term.

Important Information

Your one-year storage period begins on the date your first shipment is received.

The $895 package covers up to 25 standard-size boxes/packages. Oversized boxes, furniture, appliances, unusually heavy items, or shipments exceeding the included allowance may require an additional fee or custom quote.

International shipping costs, customs duties, VAT, tariffs, import/customs clearance, carrier fees, and other government or third-party charges are not included and remain the client's responsibility.

Restricted, prohibited, hazardous, or illegal items may not be shipped or stored.

Please do not ship your belongings until your order has been confirmed and you have received official receiving instructions from Luxury Global International.
